China Heart

China Heart is a digital storytelling experience about a young girl's dramatic personal journey inextricably weaved into the history of Sydney's Chinatown.

Able to be experienced on your mobile phone and the web, it shows how location and place can augment both mobile and real world experiences.

Using a GPS enabled iPhone app for those in the area, a mobile site available on just about all phones and a website for those wanting an 'offline' experience; it features video, text and images linked with real world game play that unlocks additional content.

The beautifully designed app - run in conjunction with Sydney's Chinese New Year celebrations - shows how a story can come to life in new ways when you link it to a physical place.
