Miroma Project Factory has delivered a simple, easy to use app for all mobile devices that streamlines the process of fast, consistent communication between employees, manager and owners for client Gellibn. Gellibn is a fun, interactive and perfect solution to staff performance challenges SME business owners face day to day.

Gellibn founder Voulla Fronis came to MPF wanting to create a way to help business owners manage their employees in a fun, logical and  interactive way where they maintain a culture of teamwork,  synergy, and fulfilment in their workspace. Voulla has had experience in a wide variety of industries, from wholesale to retail, and has been exposed to different business environments that have all been formative in how she approaches her work. MPF was tasked with building the app from the ground up, delivering a product that not only fulfilled the client’s vision but incorporated all necessary features and  fostered harmony, understanding and synergy in the workplace between SME business owners, managers and staff.

Getting the best out of your team takes time, work and a willingness to really engage with each person individually to help them fly. Feedback, particularly timely, constructive feedback is a key part of this. This was a key consideration in building the app and its features. Through a simple to use, well designed app, SMEs managers can provide in the moment feedback: reinforcing positive behaviour publically, correcting negative performance privately; and ensuring a strong culture grows and remains in a team. Additionally, via Gellibn, easy communication of tasks, company announcements or last minute changes can be shared with one or more members of the team.

The app incorporates three levels of users: business owners, business managers, and staff members. Owners of the company can manage all users within their company, managers may be associated with one or more of the company’s locations, and essentially act as an authorised manager of specific staff members, and staff members can only receive feedback and interact with their authorised managers and business Owners within the limits of their permissions, ensuring a smooth and controlled flow of information.

The app was built using web development framework Angular for Front End and Admin Panels,  software  tool Honeycomb for Super Admin, and a Flutter cross platform that expands Gellibn’s reach and makes the app available for both Android and Iphone devices.

Voulla Fronis, founder of Gellibn, said: “I had a vision of creating Gellibn, making a difference, and innovating the way business owners manage their employees. The team at MPF was key in creating the realisation of my vision,  their motivation, enthusiasm and expertise were fundamental to pushing through and making Gellibn a reality.”

Businesses get the best from staff who are engaged and informed in a constructive way. Gellibn’s skills rating tools help staff develop their skills while giving employers awareness of staff abilities, feedback becomes a daily habit with Gellibn’s two-way system, and update and announcement features put the app at the centre of workforce communications and reduces the chance for error and miscommunication. Over the course of a few months, MPF has delivered a comprehensive and innovative app that is trusted by small to medium sized businesses globally as the new way to get employers and employees ""gelling"" together.
