MPF were awarded a grant from the Department of Health (Aged Care) to build a care at home platform to help people living with dementia and those caring for them remain in their own homes longer.
We wanted to make it easier for people to find, connect and engage with their local community, friends, families, neighbours and the support services around them. Bringing everything together in one simple tool can provide that little bit of help to remain living at home independently longer.
