Shaping the solution

Through a series of collaborative workshops with the GoShorty team, we gained valuable insights into their brand and existing product, laying the foundation for a focused discovery process. With this understanding in place, we moved on to feature planning—prioritizing must-haves, should-haves, and could-haves.

From there, we mapped out user flows and explored how to leverage app-specific functionality to enhance the GoShorty experience, aiming to deliver added value for their customers through an intuitive, feature-rich app.

From the ideas to the blueprint

With features defined and user flows mapped, we began blueprinting the solution. In weekly sprints, we created wireframes based on key features and flows, refining them with team feedback before presenting clickable prototypes for user testing.
