We partnered with GoShorty, a leading UK-based insurer, to completely reimagine their digital experience, from strategy to launch and beyond. Our work spanned discovery and research, user experience, branding, interface design, development, and consultancy.

We defined user flows, clarified business goals, and crafted a cohesive visual identity. We then delivered a refined UI system and transformed it into a custom-built application, integrating front-end and back-end development with rigorous QA and testing. The result was a seamless and on-brand product that transforms how short-term insurance is experienced online. Shaping the solution

Through a series of collaborative workshops with the GoShorty team, we gained valuable insights into their brand and existing product, laying the foundation for a focused discovery process. With this understanding in place, we moved on to feature planning—prioritizing must-haves, should-haves, and could-haves.

From there, we mapped out user flows and explored how to leverage app-specific functionality to enhance the GoShorty experience, aiming to deliver added value for their customers through an intuitive, feature-rich app.
