We took everything we knew as game developers about making things ‘sticky’, making failure something that encourages you to try again, adding in design techniques to make it more relevant, as well as other tools to create a highly personal experience, a 'buddy in your pocket’ to support the quit smoking journey. With a strong and active community for additional support, tips and tricks, science and health information, and remainders and nudges to help you stay strong - even recognising that people often ‘slip up’ on their way - MQB has been assessed as the best app to help people actually quit.
