Guy brings to The Project Factory a deep understanding of how to build a stable, innovative and creative environment in order to produce the best quality projects possible. With over 18 years experience in digital media production for major media companies worldwide including Penguin Books, the BBC, FoxKids, FOXTEL, BigPond, Channel Nine and ACP Magazines, Guy is clearly passionate about exciting, cross-platform offerings. He is on the Board of AIMIA in Australia, a judge for the Webby Awards in the US, and for the World Summit Awards globally.

Jennifer Wilson is one of the vital cogs in the machine that is The Project Factory. With more than 20 years experience in interactive media, her previous posts include MD of HWW, Head of Innovation for ninemsn and principle of boutique consultancy, Lean Forward. Jen brings a zeal for device-independent relationships with consumers, storytelling across multiple platforms and a passion for all things mobile. Jen chairs the Mobile Industry Group for AIMIA and is on the Council of the Screen Producers Association of Australia.

Annette makes sure all the cogs work seamlessly together at The Project Factory, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and that everyone is smiling all the way through! Annette has worked in the telecommunications and new media industry for over 10 years with proven experience in defining and delivering new media commercial models, and of managing and launching complex technology projects.
Kirsty heads up The Project Factory's London office working with clients across the UK and Europe. An Emmy award winner, Kirsty was previously Head of Interactive at Lion Television. She has delivered award winning multi-platform projects for broadcasters including the BBC, Channel 4, PBS, UKTV and five. Credits include: Britain from Above, Horrible Histories, History Detectives, Castaway and Rough Guide. Ben has been with The Project Factory for five years and in his role as Head of Design, is responsible for planning, overseeing and often executing the design and development for many of The Project Factory's creative offerings. Ben successfully delivers on all briefs and was instrumental in bringing Making Australia Happy, Pearlie, Smashcut and Bondi Rescue to life.
David heads the software development team at The Project Factory and has over a decade's experience as an architect and developer of complex software systems as diverse as sustainability, investment banking, trading exchanges, telecommunications and media.
As well as his broad and deep knowledge of software tools and techniques, he is a rigorous proponent of agile methodologies and test-driven development. His specialized skills include high-availability distributed systems, Ruby, databases, web applications, interface design and data modelling.
With a degree from UTS in Computer Science and Design, Siobhan brings to The Project Factory a unique and beautiful aesthetic combined with a technical understanding of how things work. A fan of whimsical, hand-drawn artworks, Siobhan helped set the look and feel of the China Heart mobile application, and enjoyed working with Emma Magenta on bringing to life her illustrations in the Phillipa Finch iPhone game.
Andrew joined The Project Factory in 2010 and is our resident games programmer specializing in mobile and tablet applications. With qualifications in computer science and interactive entertainment games programming, Andrew offers insight into how to build stable gaming environments. Andrew has been involved on a range of our projects and most notably, built the recently released At The Movies mobile application for the ABC.
Claire's producing background is wide and varied with experience in long-form television, film, commercial production, and specialized time in post-production and computer generated imagery. After receiving the Multi-Platform Producer Scholarship from Metroscreen in 2010, Claire has become passionate about cross media and is eager to explore forms of storytelling that utilize a truly integrated approach.
