The Man Shake brand is rooted in the belief that weight loss and leading a healthy lifestyle can be simple and accessible for everyone. Founded by Adam MacDougall, the brand stands on the premise that meaningful, lasting health transformations can be achieved through straightforward dietary changes and supportive digital solutions, without the guilt or complexity often associated with dieting.
The Brief
Tasked with revitalising The Man Shake Challenge, outdated and underperforming, our approach included a thorough discovery phase involving client workshops, competitor analysis, and an in-depth review of the existing challenge setup. This phase aimed to establish a strategic roadmap for the evolution of TMS Challenge.
Building on the success of our discovery phase, we took on the UX and design aspect. Drawing from insights gained and the specified requirements, we set out to reimagine and enhance the TMS Challenge, focusing on a simplified, modular user experience. This design aimed to seamlessly integrate with TMS's internal development team, facilitating the swift implementation of upcoming Challenge Campaigns.
